Kforce is seeking a Controller - IPO Readiness & SEC Reporting Leader for a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This full-time, direct-hire, hybrid position is near Tarrytown, NY. The company is well-funded, late-stage, and preparing for an IPO. The role involves leading the accounting team, managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, preparing financial statements, ensuring SOX controls and IPO readiness, handling SEC filings (IPO document, 10K, 10Q), and providing leadership in technical accounting.

Kforce is working with a client in search of a Controller - IPO Readiness & SEC Reporting Leader to join their team. This position is full time, direct hire and hybrid near Tarrytown, NY. The schedule is hybrid, and you need to be able to commute to White Plains area (shuttle provided to HQ).

• Leadership of technical accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA
• Big 4 or Large Public Accounting experience
• SEC Filing experience
• Controllership experience
• Experience in a B2B company a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
